About the Use of Meeting Facilities in Plaza Heisei
With so many variations, the Meeting Facilities can be used in many ways.
Tokyo International Exchange Center, Plaza Heisei, has International Conference Hall (maximum 479), Media Hall (maximum 102), and 5 conference rooms of varying sizes. A facility can be used for all types of conferences and meetings, symposiums, lectures, concerts, and theatrical performances.
The International Conference Hall and the Media Hall are equipped with a simultaneous interpretation system capable of handling multiple languages and are suitable for International conferences. Also, we offer wide open spaces and novel designs and the whole Plaza Heisei is an ideal for location shooting.
